At the heart of the drumDING is an analogue drum voice inspired by the legendary Vermona DRM1 MKIV. Using its oscillator, noise generator and filter, users can create an enormous variety of percussion sounds before digitising them into one of six performance tracks.

Once sampled, sounds remain highly editable. Tuning, playback direction, envelopes, modulation and multiple effects including overdrive, bit reduction, amplitude modulation, delay and reverb can all be applied without returning to the analogue engine.

A Performance Sequencer Built for Modern Music

The six-track sequencer includes many of today’s most desirable performance tools, including parameter locks, probability, micro-timing and Alternative Step programming. These features allow patterns to evolve naturally while remaining easy to program.
