PMC Brings Dolby Atmos Masterclasses to Madrid, Milan, and Rome

If you’re passionate about audio engineering and want to deepen your knowledge of Dolby Atmos Music, PMC’s upcoming masterclasses are an opportunity you don’t want to miss. As a pioneer in immersive audio and a leading supporter of Dolby Atmos Music, PMC is bringing its expertise to Spain and Italy this April with a series of hands-on masterclasses led by industry legends.

An Unmissable Experience for Audio Engineers

PMC’s Dolby Atmos masterclasses are designed to educate and inspire engineers by showcasing the immersive capabilities of spatial audio. During these sessions, participants will learn how to enhance their workflows, apply best practices, and create high-quality deliverables for major labels and digital platforms.

The tour kicks off in Madrid from April 2-4, hosted at Sony Music’s 5020 Studio Madrid. PMC’s Head of Pro-Global and President of PMC USA, Maurice Patist, will be joined by Steve Genewick, a celebrated engineer known for his work with artists like Beck, LL Cool J, Sam Smith, and Niall Horan. Participants will have the chance to make live recordings of Portuguese Sony artist Guyi Aly, mix in stereo, and then remix their work in Dolby Atmos Music.

Following the Madrid sessions, the masterclasses will continue in Italy, where Nick Rives, the Grammy-nominated recording engineer and Dolby Atmos mixer from Universal Music Group, will take over from Steve Genewick. The Italian masterclasses will begin in Milan at Funky Junk on April 7 and continue in Rome from April 8–9 at Milk Audio Store’s studio.
