Introducing PRO Connect: Your New Control Center for Hear Back PRO
07/01/2024 – Hear Technologies is thrilled to announce the launch of PRO Connect, our new free application designed to be the ultimate control center for all Hear Back PRO systems. This innovative desktop application consolidates features from multiple legacy apps and tools, adding a host of new functionalities. With PRO Connect, managing your PRO Mixers and PRO Hubs has never been easier.
Key Features:
- Matrix Mixing & Submixing: Customize layouts for each musician by mapping audio sources to knobs on a per-mixer basis.
- Multiple Mobile Users: Utilize a browser-based interface to allow multiple users to control their mix via the same Wi-Fi network.
- Session Management: Save and recall settings for all Mixers from a session or band through a simple interface.
- All-in-one Updater: Firmware updates for the PRO Hub via Ethernet are now seamlessly integrated into the Mixer update utility, providing new online versions automatically.
- Visual Hub Configuration Wizard: Easily configure your Hub with a visual tool that lets you add virtual cards to a virtual Hub and send settings over Ethernet.
- Channel and Mixer Naming: Link stereo channels, name Mixers, and name individual channels for display on your Mixer Digital Overlays.
Additional Features:
- Channel Soloing: Solo a channel with a click to isolate it from the rest of the mix.
- Mixer Grouping/Mirroring: Group PRO Mixers to keep them synchronized. Changes made on one Mixer are reflected on others within the group.
- Improved Metering: The PRO Hub page includes an improved, accurate input channel meter display.
- Compressor/Limiter: Adjust the threshold, attack, and release of the onboard limiter for each mixer.
