Each of the ST-40’s 40 channels is equipped with a Wolff microphone preamp and FREQ equalizer, delivering clean, detailed capture while preserving the natural character of the source. The console’s balanced internal circuitry operates at +4 dBu, providing exceptional headroom, low noise, and excellent interference rejection. With three simultaneous inputs per channel, extensive routing, and localised summing architecture, the ST-40 offers the power and flexibility required for complex recording and mixing sessions.
